Every scan and every finding belongs to an organization.
Create an organization
Enter your name and a display name for the organization, then select Create organization. You can rename the organization later.
Switch organizations
Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to change your active organization. You can belong to many organizations.
Members and roles
Every member has one role: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer.
Only an Owner can grant the Owner or Admin role, or change another Owner’s or Admin’s role. An organization always needs at least one Owner, so the last Owner cannot leave or step down until another member holds that role.
Select Organization in the sidebar to see the roster. To change a member’s role, pick a new one from their dropdown. To remove a member, select the trash icon on their row. To leave the organization yourself, select Leave organization at the bottom of the page.
Invites
Open Organization
Select Organization in the sidebar.
Enter an email and a role
Enter your teammate’s email, choose a role, then select Create invite link.
Copy and share the link
Copy the link and send it to your teammate.
The link works once, only for that email address, and expires after 7 days. A pending invite appears under Pending invites, where you can select the trash icon to revoke it before it’s used.
When your teammate opens the link, they see the organization name and the role you gave them. A signed-in visitor selects Join. A signed-out visitor signs in first, then joins.
Workspaces
Workspaces group your scans inside an organization, for example by team or by product. Every member can see every workspace. Select one in the sidebar to filter the scan list to it.
A scan from a connected repository or a pull request always lands in the Default workspace. The Default workspace cannot be deleted.
Select Workspaces in the sidebar to create, rename, or delete a workspace. This needs the Owner, Admin, or Member role.
