Billing

Owners and Admins can manage billing. Only an Owner can switch the scan mode.

Switch the scan mode

The scan mode is the default for new scans and for pull request scans. To switch, open Billing, select Switch to your own model or Switch to pay as you go, and confirm. You can switch back at any time. To switch to your own model, you need an active plan and a provider key. When your organization first has both, it switches to your own model automatically, unless an Owner has already chosen a mode. You can also choose the mode for a single scan in billed to on the scan form. Only Owners and Admins can bill a scan to your own model. See Start a scan.

Pay as you go

Credits are prepaid and never expire. Each scan uses credits for the work it does, so a larger repository costs more. There is no flat fee per scan. Live tests also use credits. To add credits, open Billing, select Add credits, and enter an amount. Stripe collects the payment, and your balance updates as soon as it clears.

Auto-reload

Auto-reload tops up your balance before a scan pauses. It uses the card from your first payment. Set the balance that triggers a reload, at least 500 credits, and the balance to refill to, at least 500 credits higher.

If your credits run out

A running scan pauses and keeps all finished work. To continue, add credits, open the scan, and select Resume scan. If you cancel a scan, or it fails partway, the credits it already used are not refunded.

Your own model

Scans run on your own model provider account. Your provider bills the model use directly, and you pay AgentGG a monthly plan.

Set up your own model

1. In Billing, select a plan and complete the checkout.
2. Select Connect a provider, choose your provider, and enter its credentials.
3. Choose a model.
4. Select Switch to your own model.

OpenRouter routing

OpenRouter can serve a model from several hosts. By default, it uses the lowest price. To change this, edit the routing of your OpenRouter key. You can limit the quantizations, sort hosts by price, throughput, or latency, include or exclude hosts, set a maximum price, and require zero data retention. A change of model resets the routing to the default.

Extra scans

Scans beyond your monthly plan cost $1 each, charged to your credit balance when the scan starts. If the scan fails or is cancelled before it uses the model, the charge is refunded. An extra scan cannot start if your balance is below $1.

Change or cancel your plan

You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can resume it before then. When a plan or a trial ends, scans on your own model stop. They are not charged to your credits. Switch to pay as you go to keep scanning.

Activity and invoices

Activity lists every change to your credit balance, including top-ups, auto-reloads, scan charges, and refunds. To export a statement, choose a date range and select Export statement. Plan history lists the invoices of your plan.
