Credits are prepaid. You add credits, then you run scans. A scan costs more when it reviews more code. There is no flat fee per scan. After a scan finishes, its charge appears as one entry under Activity on the Billing page.

Export a statement

Under Activity, choose a date range, then select Export statement. The statement opens in a new tab, ready to print or save as a PDF.
Export statement stays inactive until you choose a range, because a statement needs a period. A very long range is cut short, and the statement says so on the page.

Add credits

Open Billing

Select Billing in the sidebar.

Enter an amount

Select Add credits, then enter an amount in the Credits field.

Pay

Select Buy credits. Stripe opens to collect your card.
Your balance updates as soon as the payment clears.

Auto-reload

Auto-reload adds credits for you before a scan pauses. It needs a card on file.

Save a card

If you have no card yet, select Buy credits once. This charges at least $20.

Set the two values

Set When balance drops below, at least 500 credits. Then set Bring balance up to, at least 500 credits above it.

Turn it on and save

Turn the toggle to On, then select Save.
To stop auto-reload, turn the same toggle to Off.

If your credits run low

A running scan pauses. It does not fail, and it does not lose finished work. To finish a paused scan, add credits, open the scan, then select Resume scan.

If a scan does not finish

A scan uses credits as it works. If you cancel it, or if it fails partway, the credits it already used are not returned. A large scan can also use more credits than you expect. Auto-reload keeps that from interrupting your next scan.
